He believes the greatest gift is your own body and ability to move, so why not train it and guide it to its fullest potential. Eric's training style is motivational and supportive. He emphasizes proper technique, progressive overload, and individualized workout plans to ensure his clients achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.
Michael has always had a passion for anatomy and physiology. Early on in his exercise career he experienced a pectoral tear which completely transformed the way he approached exercise. Michael later decided to purse a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science to further his understanding of the human body and how it functions.

Michael later decided to purse a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science to further his understanding of the human body and how it functions. He programs his clients with the same care and attention to avoid injury and maximize results. When he is not training clients he is at Kaiser Ontario working in the Orthopedic Department. We are excited to announce he will be pursing a Master Degree in Physician Assistant this fall with California Baptist University.
